D.I.Y. CHALKBOARD

Ridiculously easy to make. I was glad to be able to re-use the board which was previously on the back of my (now more minimal) mirror. This chalkboard paint is available in plenty of art shops. I got mine in the kid's section of Cass Art. Two layers need to be applied, and you must leave 4 hours before applying the second layer. You don't need to worry too much about being neat, it all evens out when it dries. I have seen some great inspiration for whole chalkboard walls, which I'm considering for my new house!

  4. This is great! Recently painted my room myself and I've got one wall left unpainted. I think I'm gonna search for chalkboard paint for it
