I bought this colourful book at the Death exhibition at the Wellcome Collection. The exhibition displayed an unusual array of images and artefacts from the "uniquely morbid" collection of a man called Richard Harris. It was interesting to see death as an inspiration behind artwork, and art as a way of assessing our own feelings about mortality. Not always morbid, the exhibition was also moving, and even humorous at times.

I wish they had more merchandising of that exhibition, so many beautiful things I couldn't take a picture of. :(

I went to this exhibition last month, I loved the gigantic chandelier made from plaster-cast bones!
